How This Nashville Couple Each Dropped More Than 75 Pounds While Enjoying Bbq, Craft Beers, And Live Music

When Traci and Jer Jacobs found the SENS Fitness Wine and Weight Loss Program in January 2019 they weren’t motivated by some sort of “New Year, New Me” type of resolution. Instead it was quite the opposite. The New Year didn’t bring that weight loss excitement because they’d failed at it time and time again.

“This was our last-ditch effort at getting healthy! We were both dropouts of another program, too many times to count.”

Traci just happened to be researching online health coaches and came across SENS Fitness on Instagram (@sensfitnessusa). She says the approach seemed reasonable and sustainable.
